Christian Blaser
Chief Executive Officer
Christian Blaser is the driving force behind operations at Powered Alliance Solar. After earning his degree in Business Administration — and competing in collegiate football at BSU and EOU — he joined the company with a mission to modernize and scale every facet of the business.
With over 5 years of hands-on solar experience, Christian has led more than 2,500 projects from permitting through installation, even personally installing over 300 systems. He is the architect behind the company’s CRM and software stack, having built and integrated the tools that power Powered Alliance’s nationwide growth.
Today, Christian focuses on scaling operations, innovating sales processes, and mentoring internal teams and dealer partners across the U.S. His leadership continues to shape Powered Alliance into one of the most trusted and advanced solar providers in the country.

Darren Blaser
Co-founder
Darren Blaser brought decades of construction and business ownership experience to Powered Alliance, stepping in to transform the company’s early vision into a scalable, fully in-house operation. Leveraging his background in building successful ventures, Darren helped restructure and internalize core departments including installation, operations, and field logistics. His leadership was instrumental in transitioning the company from a startup into a vertically integrated provider capable of delivering quality and consistency across every market it serves.
Chase Blaser

Chase Blaser is the original founder of Powered Alliance and the visionary behind the company’s formation. He played a critical role in laying the operational foundation, establishing early leadership, and guiding the company through its initial stages of growth. Chase led the charge in forming strategic partnerships, sourcing materials, and building the infrastructure that allowed Powered Alliance to expand beyond its local roots. His continued focus on innovation and high-performance culture remains central to the company’s long-term success.
Hunter Floyd
Regional Sales Manager
Hunter Floyd joined Powered Alliance to lead sales efforts in Idaho and played a key role in establishing the company’s first dedicated sales department. With a background in customer-focused industries and a proven ability to lead and train sales teams, Hunter has built a strong regional presence and helped standardize the sales process. His leadership continues to drive measurable growth through education, accountability, and performance-based systems — making him a cornerstone in the company’s regional success.
